The City is studying alternatives to improve traffic circulation and increase public safety at the seven railroad track crossing that are at grade level to people and vehicles. City Council is hosting a Study Session on the Rail Grade Separation project on Monday, April 29. The Rail Committee is tentatively scheduled to meet again on May 23 and the City Council is tentatively scheduled to narrow rail grade separation alternatives at Charleston Rd. and Meadow, plus Seale Ave. as the preferred crossing for bicycles and pedestrians, advancing recommendations to the preliminary engineering and environmental documentation phase in June 10.
